Most pumps are not suitable for pumping heavily polluted water with large contaminants such as such as garden ponds or flooded building pits. For these purposes, the GARDENA 6000 Classic sludge pump is very suitable; Indeed large non-numerates up to 25 mm in diameter are effectively pumped without problems. Thanks to the 10 m connection cord, these practical and rigid pumps can be used universally – also at great depths. The Float switch provides automatic switching on and off. The plug-in element for easy securing of the float switch allows individual adjustment of the switch-on and tripping height. Sturdy casing, made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, low-wear impeller pump, light noise, and maintenance-free engine with thermal fuse to overload the motor guarantees a long service life. Thanks to the universal connection, hoses with a diameter of 13 mm (1/2 "), 16 mm (5/8"), 19 mm (3/4 "), 25 mm (1") and 38 mm (1 1/2 ") can be connected to the pump.
